In Case You Didn't Know

September 15 to October 15, we celebrate
Hispanic Heritage month. I'd like to introduce
some of my favorite Mexican Peeps that I am most fond of:

Representing the beautiful, voluptous Mexican woman.
Can we please bring back a size 8?

Tapatio for always being there when a meal goes bland.

Dora the Explorer for countless hours of entertainment for my kids.
Also representing the beautiful, voluptous Mexican woman.

El Chavo del Ocho (aka: El Chespirito and El Chapulin Colorado), for countless hours of entertainment for me. Comedy doesn't get funnier than an 80 year old man dressing up as an 8 year old orphan child and a red grasshopper superhero.

Ahh, Mexican Heritage Month, it has always been a month of honor, but after those tacos from a few weeks back, I think that you should put yourself on the list.

Haha, Susie...I don't think you'll reach a size eight with your 21 points a day! It's okay, I take care of that for you.

Your boys' pictures are super cute, by the way!

A couple more things to add: A big picture of Ofelia with one of her delicious spreads, and you gotta throw in something with the music and the way you chicas can move those hips --maybe a shout out to "La Fiesta del Chichicuilote" which has also provided much entertainment in our home! Gracias Ofelia!!
