Wii Love Him

Can count to 100, Is getting to be a pretty good reader, Has the first 5 Articles of Faith memorized. Loves his family, especially Colton, and even the baby sister in Mom's belly, Likes to choose the right, and not the left, does his chores happily, Can be convinced to do pretty much anything, Has the biggest heart, a great appetite and eats a variety of food, is a killer Super Mario Bros. player

Ian turned 5! It was a big day. He has been waiting for this for a really long time. It all started when we were in Arizona last fall and attended his favorite buddy Max's 5th birthday party. His anxiety increased as we returned from that to realize most of his New York friends were now 5 also. This was almost as big as Christmas for him.

There is no-buddy like a brother. Ian is so good to Colton. They play so well together. The 3 hours a day that they're away from each other as Ian goes to preschool builds up an excited reunion.

I thought I can feed the obsession a little more with Super Mario Bros. by making him a wii remote cake. He loved it. I like having this little representations to reminisce on what they were into on their big day.

He loved the group hug after presents.

He also had a little celebration at preschool where they ate cupcakes and sang to him. A few months ago he took in his homemade super hero cape for show and tell and he said all of his friends loved it, and wanted all of them to have one. So for a party favor, I made 18 capes for his preschool friends. Do this and his class will idolize you.

We got the frozen hot chocolate mix! Thanks can't wait! Also feelin like a huge slacker-I read to matthew all the tricks Ian can do and Miles can't do any of those things. He just sings and dances all day. I am afraid I have a huge thespian on my hands! Thanks again.
