Seare Adventures 6.0

Taylor and Ian had a Daddy/Son day where they went to a Yankees game and got to see the new stadium. Ian is still talking about it. But even then, I don't know who had a better time: Dad or Son. Or even Colton and I, who got to enjoy some one on one time as well.

This was sugar heaven for our family as we started at Dylan's candy bar (where Ian couldn't get over the candy stairs) and ended at Serendipity III for their famous Frrrrozen Hot Chocolate. I love living in New York.

We had a playgroup day where we went park hopping to a few parks in the city. We concluded with cupcakes from Sugar Sweet Sunshine bakery. I love living here.

Taylor had a guys day out with a few friends and they went to Boston and saw a Red Sox game at Fenway.

The boys had their first Fathers & Sons camp out. I did something I never thought I would do again...I slept in til 10:45 a.m. Motherly Bliss. Joy of having boys.

Taylor's family came into town a few months ago. They always show us a good time. We went to the famous La Esquina to eat where I spotted America Ferrera. Taylor wouldn't let me take a picture because she was eating. I have such a considerate husband. Sorry I don't have proof, but it was her. We then went to Rice to Riches and Pinkberry for dessert. I love this place.

We enjoyed another delicious pie (pizza that is) at Grimaldi's and did the walk over the Brooklyn Bridge. This is my favorite bridge out here.

A day at Central Park where half of NYC decided to be. I laugh at the middle picture because Ian had just finished his popsicle so he was holding his stick and I asked him to give Colton a hug so I can get a picture. As I looked back at the picture, I noticed he put his popsicle stick in his armpit. Where else would you put it?

Looking at the picture of Colton at the top of the Empire State building with his head sticking out still gives me a few tickles in my tummy. On the right: enjoying a chocolate mess at Max Brenner's. Have I said how much I love the city. I do.

Wow, I live here, and yet, I don't think I've really lived here. You know all the hot spots! I need to take advantage of everything, sheesh!

I would be even fatter than I am now if I lived there-Is that why you run marathons so you can eat guilt free?

All I can say is that I laughed so hard with that picture of Ian and his popsicle armpit. That is too hilarious. I just had to wonder how big the irritation factor would be if I had sticky popsicle juice in my armpit. It kills me to just have it on my hands. Too funny. Oh, and I love all of the pics around the city. You are such a local.

I love the recent update. You guys are still living large and I love hearing about it! One thing I noticed is that Ian is almost as tall as you Susie, I'm guessing only a couple years away from looking your 7 year old in the eye!! Miss you guys, can't wait to see you in August.
ps: I'm a little jealous of all the desserts you guys get to indulge in:) Divine living!
